1. Subscription selection
The initial step in setting up your Turbo360 account involves validating the service principal, allowing you to select a subscription.
The chosen subscription will be used to configure multiple modules during onboarding. Please ensure that you select a subscription that accommodates all required modules for a seamless experience.
2. Module selection
Next, you’ll need to choose the modules you wish to access.
3. Module setup
The following step involves setting up the modules that you've selected.
Cost Analyzer
Cost Analyzer provides an advanced level of cost transparency by categorizing expenses across business dimensions in a hierarchical structure. This allows for deeper insights into spending trends and helps pinpoint cost anomalies before they escalate.
Furthermore, Cost Analyzer forecasts potential savings and continuously scrutinizes your cloud infrastructure, offering targeted, actionable recommendations that ensure consistent and guaranteed reductions in costs.
You can either select specific resource groups or continue with other modules, which will automatically grant full access to the selected subscription.
Business Applications
The complexity of monitoring and correlating Azure resource dependencies poses a continuous challenge for businesses of all sizes, irrespective of their infrastructure team's expertise.
Business Applications delivers on-demand, integrated reports designed to minimize alert fatigue, enabling teams to quickly detect and resolve issues with greater accuracy.
Business Applications empowers you to redefine your business orchestration by organizing all your Azure services across several Azure subscriptions into a cohesive container, while providing robust monitoring and data visualization support.
You can only select resources that are available in the selected subscription.
System monitoring profile will be applied by default to your Business Application.
Azure Documenter
With Azure Documenter, you can effortlessly produce detailed and accurate technical reports, covering Azure usage, cost analytics, security assessments, and compliance checks, all in minutes, streamlining audit workflows and reducing overhead.
Azure Documenter assists in generating and customizing editable diagrams to visually depict the structure of your Azure resources, in alignment with your application architecture.
The data retrieved for document generation will only pertain to the selected subscription, regardless of the chosen document type.
Business Activity Monitoring
Business Activity Monitoring allows business users to independently monitor and trace the flow of vital business data through your integration ecosystems, from start to end.
Business Activity Monitoring enables immediate response to business-critical queries, such as "Why is order #425 not processed ?", streamlining operations and freeing up IT resources.
The resource groups available for selection via the Use your Azure Subscription deployment model in Custom Logging BAM will be displayed according to the chosen subscription.
The resource group selection for Data Queries type of BAM environment is similar to that of the Cost Analyzer setup.
4. Notification channel configuration
The final step is to configure all your preferred notification services for alerts and notifications.
A quick summary of the configured modules will be provided for your review.
5. Finish setup
Click Finish to complete the account setup process. Your account will be up and running within seconds, with multiple modules configured and notification services primed for alerts.
To provide wider subscription access for your configured modules, remember to update the service principal access policy.
