Business value
BAM gives operations and development teams end-to-end visibility into business process execution across Azure integrations. Instead of piecing together logs from multiple services, you get a unified view of whether a process completed, where it stalled, and what the tracked data looked like at each stage — without writing custom monitoring code.
Prerequisites

- Familiarity with at least one Azure integration service (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, API Management, or Power Automate) is helpful but not required.
How it works
BAM works by receiving or querying business events from your Azure integration solutions and mapping them into named business processes and transactions. You define the structure — the stages, the properties to track, the correlation key — and BAM assembles each execution into a transaction instance you can monitor, search, and alert on.
