Change analysis

Introduction

The Change Analysis option within the Cost Analysis section offers easy access to a detailed summary of resource logs related to creation, updates, and removal from different subscriptions.

Resources created in last 14 days

• Switching to this tab will reveal the list of resources created in the past 14 days, with significant details such as the subscription, resource group, and the costs incurred by each resource during this period.

• Unavailable resources will be indicated with a warning icon next to them. These resources are created an deleted in the last 14 days.

• Clicking the Download as Excel option on this tab will download the data displayed in the current tab as an Excel sheet.

Resources updated in last 14 days

• This tab will display a list of resources that have been updated in the past 14 days, including the change details.

• Clicking the Download as Excel option on this tab will download the data displayed in the current tab as an Excel sheet.

• Clicking on the change count for any resource will open the details about what has been changed in the resource over the time span of 14 days.

• Clicking the Download as Excel option within a Change history widget will download only the data within the change history widget.

Resources deleted in last 14 days

• This tab will show a list of resources deleted within the last 14 days, including cost data for that period and associated resource details.

• Clicking the Download as Excel option on this tab will download the data displayed in the current tab as an Excel sheet.
