Cost Import Troubleshooting - CSP Subscriptions

I can not view billing data


If you can not see any billing data for the CSP subscription then please check following:

  1. Go to the subscription in the Azure Portal, check the Cost Analysis blade under Cost Management

  2. If you can not see data here then its likely that your CSP has not enabled the Azure Cost Management features

  3. Please request your CSP to enable the Azure Cost Management features.  Once this is done you can validate it with the cost analysis in the Azure Portal

  4. Turbo360 should automatically start importing the billing data once this is resolved
