In this page there are some notes to help troubleshoot importing data from CSP subscriptions.
I can not view billing data
If you can not see any billing data for the CSP subscription then please check following:
- Go to the subscription in the Azure Portal, check the Cost Analysis blade under Cost Management 
- If you can not see data here then its likely that your CSP has not enabled the Azure Cost Management features 
- Please request your CSP to enable the Azure Cost Management features. Once this is done you can validate it with the cost analysis in the Azure Portal 
- Turbo360 should automatically start importing the billing data once this is resolved
