Business Activity Monitoring is a feature in Turbo360 where we aim to provide you with a way to engage business users and support users in the day to day use of your integration platform.
Users will be able to self-service their own questions about the integration solution answering things like:
"What happened to order number 12?"

Implementation Details
There are 2 implementation patterns with BAM:
Pattern | Overview |
---|---|
Push Model | You send events to Turbo360 from your solution via API calls made to Turbo360 |
Pull Model | Turbo360 will query your logs and reuse an existing logging solution |
You can combine the use of both of these patterns at the same time.
