Overview

This article answers the most common questions from users who are new to Turbo360. It covers account access, navigation, initial setup, and how to get the most value from the platform in your first sessions.

Business value

Getting answers to common questions early reduces onboarding friction and helps your team reach productive use of Turbo360 faster. This article is your starting point before raising a support ticket.

Prerequisites

  • A Turbo360 account has been created for your organization.
  • You have received an invitation email or been granted access by your organization administrator.

Required permissions

No specific permissions are required to read this article. To perform the actions referenced in answers below, you need at minimum a standard user role with access to the relevant module.

Dependencies

  • Access to Turbo360 at https://app.turbo360.com
  • A supported web browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox — latest two versions)

How it works

Turbo360 is a cloud operations platform for Microsoft Azure. It provides modules for cost management, business application monitoring, business activity monitoring, and automated Azure documentation. New users typically begin by connecting an Azure subscription and exploring the module most relevant to their role.

Steps

To get started as a new user:

  1. Open the invitation email from Turbo360 and click Accept invitation.
  2. Sign in using the credentials specified in your invitation (Microsoft account or organization SSO).
  3. Complete the initial profile setup if prompted.
  4. Navigate to the module assigned to your team — Cost Analyzer, Business Applications, Business Activity Monitoring, or Azure Documenter.
  5. Follow the quick start guide for your module to complete the first key task.

Permission behavior

With standard user access: You can view dashboards, run analyses, and receive alerts for modules your administrator has assigned to you.

Without module access: Module tiles are visible in the navigation but display an access restriction message when selected. Contact your organization administrator to request access.

Example scenario

A cloud cost analyst joins a team already using Turbo360. She receives an invitation email, accepts it, and signs in. Her administrator has pre-assigned her to the Cost Analyzer module. She opens Cost Analyzer, reviews the dashboard, and runs her first cost analysis within the same session.

Limitations

  • New users cannot connect an Azure subscription without the Account owner role.
  • Self-registration is not available; all users must be invited by an organization administrator.
  • Single sign-on (SSO) configuration is managed at the organization level and cannot be overridden by individual users.

Troubleshooting

  1. I did not receive my invitation email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, ask your organization administrator to resend the invitation from Settings > Users.

  2. My invitation link has expired.
Ask your administrator to resend the invitation mail.

  3. I can sign in but cannot see any module data.
Your account may not have been assigned to a module yet. Contact your administrator to assign you to the appropriate module under Settings > Users.

  4. The portal shows a blank screen after sign-in.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. If the issue persists, try a different supported browser.

  5. I signed in with the wrong account.
Sign out from the top-right profile menu and sign in again with the correct account. If your organization uses SSO, ensure you are authenticating with your corporate identity.

FAQs

  1. Do I need an Azure account to use Turbo360?
Your organization needs at least one Azure subscription connected to Turbo360. As an individual user, you do not need your own Azure account — your administrator manages the Azure connection.

  2. Can I use Turbo360 on a mobile device?
Turbo360 is a web-based platform optimized for desktop browsers. Mobile browsers are supported for basic navigation, but the full experience — including dashboards and chart interactions — is designed for desktop use.

  3. How do I change my password?
Individual users can change their password by using Change password option available in the Profile dropdown menu.
