If you have a direct MCA and are having issues with the cost data imports then there are some notes in this page to help.
Cost views are disabled for subscription users because the cost policy is turned off by your account admin
In this scenario an admin may have disabled access to view cost analysis data. If you are seeing Turbo360 cost imports getting an error you may see this error.
Cost views are disabled for subscription users because the cost policy is turned off by your account admin
Key Note —> You can validate this by going to the Azure subscription and looking at the Cost Analysis blade. Note that if you are a billing profile owner you may still see data but a normal user may not.
