Overview
Environment health lets you monitor the operational state of the Turbo360 infrastructure. It checks critical service components across all modules and reports whether each one is healthy or unhealthy.
You access Environment health at Settings > Environment Health.
Business value
Proactive infrastructure monitoring helps you identify service degradation before it impacts end users. Account owners can review component status and error logs in one place, and non-owner users receive a clear notification when services are down so they can escalate immediately.
Environment health is available on both SaaS and Private hosting instances of Turbo360. Only users with the Account owner role can access this screen.
Prerequisites
- A Turbo360 account with Account owner access
Required permissions
Only the Account owner can view Settings > Environment Health. Non-owner users do not have visibility into this screen.
Dependencies
- All Turbo360 modules whose components are monitored: Cost Analyzer, Business Applications, Azure Documenter, Business Activity Monitoring
How it works
Environment health has two tabs: Service Status and Logs.
Service Status shows the current health state of each monitored component across all modules. Each component displays as either healthy or unhealthy. When a component is unhealthy, an info icon shows the reason.
Logs shows all error logs generated within the Turbo360 application.
When one or more components are unhealthy, non-owner users see a platform-wide alert: "Some services are down. Please contact Account Owner."
Monitored components
| Module | Components |
|---|---|
| Cost Analyzer | Monitoring, Rightsizing, Scheduling |
| Business Applications | Monitoring, Automated Tasks |
| Azure Documenter | Document generation |
| Business Activity Monitoring | Monitoring, Events queuing |

- Locate the unhealthy component.
- Click the Copy icon next to the component to copy its error log to the clipboard.

Configuration
Environment health has no configurable settings. Component monitoring runs automatically as part of the Turbo360 platform.
Permission behavior
With Account owner access: You can view the Service Status tab, inspect component health states, copy error logs, and review all application logs in the Logs tab.
Without Account owner access: The Settings > Environment Health screen is not visible. When any component is unhealthy, non-owner users see the following platform-wide message: "Some services are down. Please contact Account Owner."
Example scenario
A Business Activity Monitoring alert fails to fire. As the Account owner, you navigate to Settings > Environment Health and check the Service Status tab. The Business Activity Monitoring Monitoring component shows as unhealthy with an orange warning symbol. You select the info icon to read the reason, copy the error log using the copy icon, and share it with your support team for investigation.
Limitations
- Only the Account owner can view component health status and error logs. There is no delegated access option.
- Environment health shows the current state only. Historical health trends are not available in this view.
- Refresh the page manually to check the current health status of all components.
Troubleshooting
-
Service Status tab shows a component as unhealthy but the module appears to be working.
Cause: The component health state may not have refreshed yet.
Fix: Click the refresh button to verify the current health status. If the issue persists, copy the error log and contact Turbo360 support. -
Non-owner users report seeing the "Some services are down" message.
Cause: One or more components are in an unhealthy state.
Fix: Navigate to Settings > Environment Health > Service Status to identify which component is unhealthy. Review the info icon for the affected component to understand the cause, then copy the error log and investigate or escalate. -
Error log copy icon is not visible.
Cause: The copy icon appears only when a component is in an unhealthy or warning state.
Fix: If all components are healthy, the icon will not be shown. Verify the component status before attempting to copy logs. -
Logs tab is empty.
Cause: No errors have been logged by the application.
Fix: If you expected to see errors, verify that the relevant module components are healthy in the Service Status tab. -
Cannot access Settings > Environment Health.
Cause: Access is restricted to Account owners.
Fix: If you are not an Account owner, contact your Account owner to review the component status on your behalf.
