Overview
Turbo360 uses a license-based subscription model to control access to its modules. When you sign up, you receive a 15-day trial license automatically. After the trial, you can purchase a commercial license to continue using Turbo360 and its modules without interruption.
Business value
Converting to a commercial license gives your organization uninterrupted access to all licensed Turbo360 modules. Annual billing provides cost predictability, and the self-serve upgrade flow lets you complete the purchase independently without waiting for sales engagement.
Prerequisites
- An active Turbo360 account
- An existing trial license (active or expired)
- A valid payment card for checkout
- A billing address to complete the order
Required permissions
- Account owner role in Turbo360
Dependencies
- Access to Settings > License consumption in the Turbo360 portal
- A supported payment method for the checkout flow
How it works
When you sign up for Turbo360, the platform automatically assigns a 15-day trial license to your account. The trial gives you access to Turbo360 modules for evaluation.
After the trial period, you convert to a commercial license by selecting a plan and completing the checkout process. The commercial license period begins on the date of purchase.
Two important billing rules apply:
- The currency you select during your first purchase becomes the default for all future transactions and cannot be changed.
- All subscriptions are billed both annually and monthly based on the licensing purchase.
Once a commercial license is active, you can upgrade your existing plan at any time through Settings > License consumption. You can choose any licensing plan for each module during the upgrade based on your usage.

Troubleshooting
-
Payment fails at checkout.
Cause: Card details are incorrect or the card issuer has declined the transaction.
Fix: Verify the card number, expiry, and CVV. Try a different card or contact your bank. Use the Edit option in Complete your order to update payment details before retrying. -
Confirmation email not received after purchase.
Cause: The email address entered during checkout was incorrect, or the email was filtered as spam.
Fix: Check your spam or junk folder. If not found, contact Turbo360 support with your transaction acknowledgment reference. -
Upgrade button not visible in License consumption.
Cause: Your account role may not have permission to initiate an upgrade, or the trial has already been converted.
Fix: Contact your organization administrator to verify your role permissions. -
Currency displayed does not match expected currency.
Cause: The currency was locked at the time of the first purchase and cannot be changed.
Fix: This is expected behavior. Contact Turbo360 support if you believe the currency was set incorrectly. -
Trial access expired before upgrade was completed.
Cause: The 15-day trial period elapsed without a commercial license being purchased.
Fix: Log in and navigate to Settings > License consumption to complete the upgrade. Contact the Turbo360 Sales/Support team if access to the portal has been restricted post-trial.
FAQs
-
Can I change my billing currency after the first purchase?
No. The currency selected during your first plan purchase is locked and applies to all future transactions. It cannot be modified. -
What happens to my data when my trial expires?
Your data will not be erased when your trial expires. However, access to the application data will be restricted, and you will see a Trial Expired screen. To regain access, you will need to purchase a Commercial plan.
