Overview
Theme customization lets you personalize the appearance of your Turbo360 account by choosing a color scheme, uploading a logo, and switching between light and dark modes. Customizations apply across the platform and help distinguish your account visually.
The logo you upload here appears in the platform interface and serves as the footer logo in Cost Analyzer PDF reports (Cost summary, Potential cost savings, and Executive cost summary). Azure Documenter documents use a separate logo uploaded directly in the document configuration wizard.

Prerequisites
- You must be signed in as the Account owner.
Required permissions
Account owner role required. Other roles cannot access or modify theme settings.
Dependencies
- The application logo set here is used as the footer logo in Cost Analyzer PDF reports. The top-of-report logo for those reports is configured separately in each report's Branding settings.
- Azure Documenter documents have their own logo upload in Step 3 (Branding) of the document configuration wizard; they do not use the Theme settings logo.
How it works
Turbo360 applies your selected color and theme mode globally across the platform interface. A live preview is displayed as you make changes, so you can verify the appearance before saving. Changes take effect immediately after saving.
The Reset to Default option restores the original theme that ships with the application, removing any custom color or logo you have set.
Steps
To apply theme settings, navigate to Settings > Themes.
- Select a color from the color palette to personalize your account.
- Upload a logo image to display in the platform header and as the footer logo in Cost Analyzer PDF reports.
- Choose Light or Dark theme to match your preference.
- Click Save.
To undo all changes and return to the default appearance, click Reset to Default.

Permission behavior
With Account owner access: Full access to view and modify all theme settings, including color, logo, and theme mode.
Without Account owner access: Theme settings are not accessible. The Settings > Themes option is not available to non-owner roles.
Example scenario
Your organization wants consistent branding across its Cost Analyzer PDF reports. As the Account owner, you navigate to Settings > Themes, upload the company logo, select the brand primary color, and click Save. The logo now appears as the footer logo in all Cost Analyzer PDF reports, and the platform interface reflects the selected color. For Azure Documenter documents, the logo is uploaded separately in each document configuration's Branding step.
Limitations
- Only one logo can be active at a time. Uploading a new logo replaces the existing one.
- Theme customization is scoped to the account level. Individual users cannot set personal themes.
- Only the Account owner role can modify theme settings. There is no delegation option for this permission.
- The Theme settings logo applies only to the platform interface and the footer of Cost Analyzer PDF reports. It does not populate logos in Azure Documenter documents.
Troubleshooting

Theme changes are not saving.
Cause: Session timeout or insufficient permissions.
Fix: Confirm you are signed in as the Account owner and retry. If the issue persists, refresh the page and apply changes again. -
The footer logo is not appearing in Cost Analyzer PDF reports.
Cause: The logo may not have been saved in Theme settings, or the report was generated before the logo was set.
Fix: Ensure a logo is saved in Theme settings, then regenerate the report. -
Reset to Default does not remove the custom logo.
Cause: Reset to Default resets color and theme mode but may not clear the uploaded logo.
Fix: Manually remove the logo by uploading a blank image or contact support for assistance. -
Color palette does not display.
Cause: Browser rendering issue or slow network load.
Fix: Refresh the page. If the issue persists, try a different browser.

Can individual users set their own theme?
No. Theme settings are account-level and can only be configured by the Account owner. All users on the account see the same theme. -
